Last night I went to Sustain, a restaurant in Midtown that serves seasonal food and ships all resources from within 50 miles of the restaurant. I shared an appetizer of vegetarian, fried garbanzo beans. They were so crispy and savory, although difficult to stab with a fork (they flew all over the table.)
By the way, I find the slide-shows rather annoying, so I’ll post most pictures separately. If you see multiple pictures from the same place within a short period of time, it’s not necessarily because I’m eating there all of the time.
